Access is reserved for professionals and can, in an exceptional way, be open to individuals by appointment only.
These opening days and hours are given as an indicative and can vary depending on our production and customer visit requirements.

2 - Your orders
The Tek Plongee site is a merchant site, but only a small selection of items is available for online sale.
For any information or order, please contact us via the information request form located at the bottom of the page or contact us by phone, mail or email. An order only becomes final after confirmation and receipt of the payment. The information given by the buyer when taking the order by the site, by phone or by mail only undertake it.
TEK Plongée cannot be held responsible, in the event of an error in the statement of the contact details when ordering, which would have the consequence of not being able to deliver the products.
TEK PLONGÉE reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer.
3 - Delivery
Shipping parcels by Colissimo, Chronopost or withdrawal to our warehouse.

Packages are generally shipped within 1 to 4 working days after receipt of payment and their immediate availability. They are shipped via Colissimo with signature or withdrawal to our warehouses with a tracking number.
Depending on the type of carrier chosen and the destination, additional costs can be applied. Whatever the delivery method chosen, you will receive a unique identifier linked to your order and according to the carrier, a link to follow your package online. If you have chosen as an option to create your customer account on our site, all this information is available then in your customer account and depending on the progress of your order you will receive emails indicating its status (being prepared, being delivery ...).
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs.
The shipping costs of your order vary depending on the total weight of the package, its volume and the destination.
We recommend that you group all your items in a single order.
We can of course deliver you in several orders placed separately, but shipping costs will apply to each of them.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile objects. We recommend that you check the condition of your package upon reception.
The dimensions of the packaging are appropriate and your items are properly protected to avoid any problem during transport.
4 - Price
For metropolitan France and countries in the Euros area, prices are indicated in euros all taxes included excluding shipping costs. The prices indicated on the invoice are firm and are those in force on the date of the order.
The prices indicated take into account French VAT (20%). If one or more rates were to be changed up or down during the season, these changes may be reflected in the prices of the items.
For countries excluding euros and for DOM-TOM, the prices displayed are indicated in taxes (without the VAT of 20%).
The products sold are new, except specifically indicated. The items sold are described and presented with the greatest accuracy. If despite all our precautions, errors have been able to occur, TEK Plongée could in no case be engaged on this fact.
Please note, for customers located outside the European Union countries or using a secure VPN to change the IP address, the prices displayed are expressed without the VAT of 20%. Customers located in the DOM-TOM (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Polynesia, New Caledonia ...) therefore directly have a price displayed without VAT. For these destinations, VAT will be applied when the order is placed if the shipment takes place in mainland France.
