1 - Shipping of Parcels
Packages are generally shipped within 1 to 4 business days - depending on the carrier chosen - after receipt of payment and immediate availability. They are shipped via Colissimo, Chronopost, or Pick-up from our warehouses with a tracking number.
Additional fees may apply depending on the chosen carrier and destination.
Regardless of the chosen delivery method, you will receive a unique identifier linked to your order, and depending on the carrier, a link to track your parcel online. If you have chosen to create a customer account on our website, all this information will be available in your account, and you will receive informative emails regarding the status of your order (in preparation, in transit, etc.).
Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage fees. The shipping fees for your order vary depending on the total weight, volume, and destination of the parcel.
We recommend that you consolidate all your items into a single order.
We can, of course, deliver your items in multiple separate orders, but shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is given to fragile items. We recommend checking the condition of your parcel upon receipt.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable even in case of product returns, even if they were initially offered.
The packaging dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected to avoid any issues during transportation.
