COLTRI C-NITROX P320 Nitrox membrane compressor
C-NITROX P320: Nitrox up to 36% (10 bar). External compressor (232 bar) required. Easy adjustment, integrated analyzers. Parker membrane. Ideal for diving.
C-NITROX P320: Nitrox Production
The C-NITROX P320 is an ambient air filtration system designed to produce Nitrox. It uses a Parker membrane to separate nitrogen from oxygen, resulting in an oxygen-enriched mixture up to 36% at a maximum atmospheric pressure of 10 bar. This low-pressure Nitrox requires an external high-pressure compressor (up to 232 bar) to be compressed and used in diving cylinders. The C-NITROX P320 connects to the high-pressure compressor via a hose, allowing the transfer of Nitrox for compression.
Operation and Settings:
- Precise adjustment of the oxygen percentage (up to 36%) via a valve on top of the device.
- Dual oxygen analyzer for continuous and reliable mixture control.
Included Equipment:
- Electrical panel for simplified operation management.
- Automatic condensate purge, reducing maintenance interventions.
- Parker membrane: gas separation technology for efficient Nitrox production.
- Thermostat: maintaining an optimal temperature for the proper functioning of the system.
Technical Specifications:
- O2 Percentage: Adjustable up to 36%.
- Working pressure (Parker membrane): 10 bar (maximum atmospheric pressure).
- High-pressure compressor required: Up to 232 bar (not included).
- Note: The maximum oxygen percentage is guaranteed, even with the use of lower capacity auxiliary compressors.
