Breathable Air Filtration Cartridge HYPERFILTER for COLTRI Compressor
Optimize the filtration of your compressors with the reusable polypropylene Hyperfilter (up to 10 times). Compatible with various models and applications (breathable air, helium, argon, nitrogen), it ensures air quality compliant with the EN12021:2014 standard. Available in specific configurations (CA/TM, CA/TM/CO, TM), these cartridges adapt to usage conditions and extend the lifespan of your equipment.
Hyperfilter Refillable Polypropylene Breathing Air Filter Cartridge
Several models of cartridges are available depending on the compressor usage (select from the list under the item's price):
- Electric breathing air compressor: model CA/TM (Activated Carbon / Molecular Sieve) → image A
- Gasoline breathing air compressor: model CA/TM/CO (Activated Carbon / Molecular Sieve / Carbon Monoxide Fixer) → image D
- Breathing air compressor in CO-heavy environment: model CA/TM/CO (Activated Carbon / Molecular Sieve / Carbon Monoxide Fixer) → image D
- Helium, argon, nitrogen compressor: model CA (Activated Carbon) → image C
- Industrial dry air compressor: model TM (Molecular Sieve) → image B
Compatibility:
- MCH30, MCH36: requires one CA/TM cartridge + one TM cartridge
- MCH13-16-18 Super Silent Mark I: requires one CA/TM cartridge
- MCH13-16-18 Super Silent Mark II: requires one CA/TM cartridge + one TM cartridge
- MCH13-16-18 Compact Mark I: requires one CA/TM cartridge
- MCH13-16-18 Compact Mark II: requires one CA/TM cartridge + one TM cartridge
- MCH13-16-SH MINI TECH or TECH: requires one CA/TM/CO cartridge
Autonomy:
The autonomy varies depending on the cartridge inlet temperature and compressor flow rate. Note that autonomy values provided by manufacturers are typically calculated for a standard temperature of 20°C, which may not reflect actual usage conditions.
Note: The cartridge inlet temperature is usually higher than the compressor inlet temperature. For example:
- Well-ventilated room: add approximately +10°C.
- Poorly ventilated room: add approximately +20°C.

Refill:
The 36-07-034/PP polypropylene cartridges can be refilled up to 10 times.
Requires:
- Coltri Activated Carbon: CSC000350
- Coltri Molecular Sieve: CSC000380
- Coltri Felts: COL36-00-0800
- Filter Cap Gasket: COL36-07-031
Warning:
A saturated filter cartridge may cause severe malfunctions (cartridge explosions, last-stage piston seizing) and deliver air that does not comply with the EN12021:2014 standard.
Advice: Proper ventilation of the compressor room is essential to ensure optimal air quality and extend the cartridge lifespan.
