PRESEC COLTRI Visual Filtration Saturation Indicator

This indicator allows you to monitor the saturation status of your filtration system. It includes:

• Filter cap with sensor
• Control unit
• Cartridge

Operation and Installation

The PRESEC system is designed to be installed with an existing Hyperfilter filtration system on your compressor. A probe, connected to the first filter cartridge, detects its saturation level and sends signals to the indicator. If the cartridge is exhausted, the compressor automatically stops and cannot be restarted until it is replaced.

Saturation Levels and Light Indicators

The PRESEC displays 4 levels of cartridge saturation via 3 relays connected to 3 LEDs:

• Stable green light (a): The system is operational; cartridge is OK.
• Pulsing yellow light (b): Pre-alarm! The cartridge is almost empty and needs to be replaced quickly. (The stable green light (a) remains on as long as the cartridge is not completely saturated).
• Pulsing red light (c): Alarm! Remove the cartridge and replace it immediately.
• Another Pulsing red light (c): Alarm! The filter cartridge is missing or the filtration system is interrupted. The compressor stops and cannot be restarted without inserting a new cartridge or without resolving the cause of the alarm.

Important: If no light illuminates, this indicates a lack of power to the PRESEC or a fault in the electrical system.

Note: Installing the PRESEC system excludes the possibility of also installing the SAM multi-gas analysis system.
