Starter box with purges and automatic stop for the COLTRI SMART range

This complete kit offers a system for purging and automatic shutdown for all electric compressor models: COLTRI SMART 125, SMART 210, SMART 235, SMART 270, and SMART 315.

Key Features

The starter box allows for remote control (up to approximately 3 meters) of the compressor's start and stop, as well as triggering an emergency stop shutdown. Thanks to the automatic purge system, your compressor becomes fully autonomous, saving you from tedious manual purges every 5 to 10 minutes.

This option can be factory-installed or easily adapted by you later.

Kit Contents

The kit is delivered with:

• 1 purge block assembly and H.P. Solenoid Valve + electrical cables (Length: 3m)
• 1 automatic stop pressure switch-manostat with pneumatic connections
• 1 complete compressor starter box
• 1 purge container
• 1 purge block support with stainless steel piping

Electrical Cabinet Contents

The electrical cabinet includes the following elements:

• Adjustable pressure switch-manostat for pressure reading and automatic compressor shutdown.
• Magnetic-thermal circuit breaker for electric motor
• Power contactor for electric motor
• Transformer (depending on compressor version)
• Asymmetrical automatic purge timer
• Secondary circuit protection circuit breaker.
• Start button
• Stop button
• Purge test button (solenoid valve opening)
• Emergency stop
• Hour meter

Additional Information

Supplied with connection cable and hoses 3 meters long. It is possible to mount the remote box on a wall.
