200 DL (DRY LOCK) Waterproof Housing for Canon EOS R6, R6 MARK II Digital Camera

Next-generation housing offering excellent grip. The transparent Lexan of the rear door allows you to check the proper positioning of the camera and controls inside the housing. The specially formulated grey color reflects sunlight for better cooling of the device, especially for cameras shooting in 4K. Compared to black or transparent housings, the grey color offers superior contrast for better LCD screen visibility.

The levers and buttons allow the use of almost all the original camera controls. A flash socket, via a waterproof connector, allows the use of an external Ikelite flash, DS51, 125, 160, 161. The synchronization cable connection inhibits the internal flash trigger of the camera, thus significantly saving battery power. The use of TTL requires the purchase of a TTL hotshoe converter, sold separately.

Extra-large and flexible zoom control for fine and precise focus adjustment. The housing comes equipped with a 1/2" vacuum valve to check the seal of the entire unit before each dive (manual pump for vacuum testing sold separately). Ideal for diving, water sports like surfing, use in the pool, etc.

Note: This housing is delivered without the port lens! The port lens is essential to ensure the seal of the system and must be ordered separately depending on the lens used. Please contact us for personalized advice on this matter.

Accessible controls:

This housing allows access to all the useful camera controls, except for the depth-of-field preview button, the multifunction lock button, and the multi-controller (which can be pressed to be used as a user-programmable button).

Compatible ports and domes:

This housing supports most lenses thanks to its DL "DRY LOCK" port system.

Compatible external flashes:

We recommend using an external flash, which improves color reproduction and exposure of the subjects. The use of flashes with fiber optic triggering is not possible with this housing.

To take advantage of the TTL function of the Ikelite DS51, DS160, and DS161 flashes, a Canon TTL CT1K converter (ref. IKE46070) must be purchased separately.
