Description

This COLTRI 4-outlet filling ramp is super for filling diving cylinders and self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) cylinders. It has a special part that controls the pressure for 2 of its 4 outlets, so you can have two different pressures at the same time! It's also equipped with quick-purge joystick valves, which makes it very practical.

How it works

• The outlets :

  • 2 outlets that have the same pressure as the air that comes in (from the compressor or big tanks)

  • 2 outlets where the pressure is adjusted by a "regulator" (you can choose between 140 and 300 bar) and that have extra safety

• It has a pressure indicator with a liquid inside so the needle doesn't move around too much.

• You can choose how you want the pressures on the 4 outlets: 300 and 230 bar, 300 and 200 bar, 230 and 200 bar, 200 and 176 bar. Other ways to adjust the pressure are possible if you ask!

• It has 3-way lever joystick valves that allow you to release the air quickly when you're done.

What's in the box

• The parts :

  • A strong frame made of metal that doesn't rust (stainless steel) painted in dark gray (RAL9005)

  • A "regulator" that can be adjusted and locked for the 2 outlets where the pressure changes

  • A safety feature so the pressure doesn't get too high on the 2 adjusted outlets

  • An indicator to see the pressure that comes in

  • An indicator to see the pressure that goes out of the "regulator"

  • Another indicator to see the pressure before it's adjusted

  • 4 quick 3-way joystick valves for loading air (with a system for releasing air)

  • 4 Coltri hoses that are 1 meter 20 long

  • 4 fittings to connect the cylinders with a safety feature to prevent the hose from whipping if it opens suddenly (for DIN 230 or DIN 300)

How to install it

To connect the air, it's a Coltri fitting, but there are others if you want. It's easy to put on the wall with 4 screws (not included). You can connect it to the compressor or big tanks with a normal hose or a metal pipe (please ask us for a price!).

Attention : You can't use DIN-Yoke adapters with this ramp.

Important to know

Attention : The 2 outlets where the pressure doesn't change don't have extra safety. You need to connect this ramp to an air source that already has its own safety and where the pressure isn't higher than that of the cylinders you want to fill. If you want to use it for other things, please contact us to find the best solution for you!
