Description

The COLTRI 4-outlet filling ramp is ideal for filling diving cylinders and self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) cylinders. It comes in two pressure types: 230 and 300 bar.

What's included

• Included parts:

  • A strong frame made of stainless steel

  • A pressure reader filled with oil so the needle stays steady

  • Four 1.2-meter Coltri hoses

  • Four separate valves to turn on and off and let air out (you can get them in DIN 200-232 or DIN 300 bar)

How to set up and connect

The part where air goes in is a Coltri type, but you can ask for other types too (6S, 8S, 1/4).

It's easy to put on a wall. You can connect it to the air maker (compressor) or big air tanks with a flexible hose or a strong metal pipe (ask us how much that would cost).

Things you can add

• Options:

  • Hoses that are extra safe with a cable to stop them from whipping around

  • A TEK2G000 thingy to control the pressure with a safety valve for big air tanks that are 230 bar and higher

  • A part to connect different types of valves (yoke-DIN)

  • You can add more outlets if you need more than 4 (from 5 up to 16!)

Important thing to know

Important: This filling ramp doesn't come with a pressure controller or a safety valve. You need to connect it to something that makes air (like a compressor or a bunch of air tanks) that already has a safety valve and whose pressure isn't higher than the tanks you want to fill.
