Description

The COLTRI 4-outlet filling ramp is equipped with quick-purge joystick valves, making it practical for filling diving cylinders and SCBA cylinders. It is available in two pressure versions: 230 BAR and 300 BAR.

Scope of delivery

• Included elements:

  • A stainless steel frame

  • An oil-filled pressure gauge for stable pressure reading

  • Four 3-way quick-loading joystick valves (with integrated purge)

  • Four 1.2-meter Coltri hoses

  • Four anti-whipping safety check valve loading fittings (DIN 230 or DIN 300)

Installation and connection

The inlet connection is Coltri type, with other options available (6S, 8S, 1/4" female) upon request.

Easy installation via wall mounting. Connection to the compressor or tanks can be done via a flexible hose or stainless steel piping (contact us for a quotation).

Important note: This ramp is not compatible with DIN-Yoke adapters due to the anti-whipping check valve fittings. For cylinders with yoke-type valves, please refer to our models SC000325 or SC000329.

Installation advice

It is best to avoid installing the ramp in an environment exposed to chloramines.

Important warning

Important: This filling ramp is delivered without a regulator or safety valve. It must be connected to a compressed air source (compressor or cylinder rack) already equipped with a safety valve and whose pressure does not exceed that of the cylinders to be filled.
