The COLTRI Nitrox Membrane 18 m³/h system produces Nitrox mixtures up to 40%. Designed to operate from a high-pressure air source (storage banks), it is a practical solution for occasional Nitrox filling needs.

How it works

• Fill a storage bank with 20.9% air using a high-pressure compressor.
• Connect the scuba cylinder via a filling panel and open the isolation valve.
• Adjust Nitrox percentage by regulating the reducer pressure.
• The Nitrox mix is drawn back and compressed up to 230 bar.

• Membrane separator with mixing tube
• Set of 3 protective filters
• Air heater
• Low and high-pressure Nitrox analyzers
• 3 m hose between membrane and high-pressure compressor
• HP/LP pressure regulator with isolation valve

Key notes

• Best suited for occasional Nitrox filling; not recommended for high-volume operations.
• Approx. 75% flow loss during separation: expect to compress 4x the cylinder volume in 20.9% air for a 40% Nitrox fill.
