Waterproof Housing for CANON EOS R8 Digital Camera

This next-generation housing offers an optimal grip. The transparent polycarbonate rear door allows easy verification of the correct positioning of the camera body and controls inside the housing. Its specially designed gray color reflects sunlight for better cooling, particularly during 4K recording. Compared to black or transparent housings, the gray offers superior contrast for better visibility of the LCD screen.

The levers and buttons provide full control of almost all of the camera's original functions. A dual optical fiber port captures the internal flash's burst, allowing simultaneous control of up to two external flashes via optical fiber.

An optional TTL electronic system is available with the TTL DL5 DS Link converter and the IKE 46075 flash port.

Compatible External Flashes:

Using an external flash is recommended for improved color rendering and subject exposure. This housing works with any flash that uses optical fiber triggering.

To use TTL functionality with Ikelite DS51, DS160, DS161, and DS230 flashes, the TTL CANON DL5 DS LINK converter (ref. IKE 46075) must be purchased separately.
